The Plain-English Terms
- What’s covered: A 90-day supply purchased directly from celtnaturals.com — either the Triple Pack (one-time) or three consecutive months of a Subscribe & Save plan. Either way, you’re covered once you’ve completed your 90 days.
- What “improved” means: Any improvement in your LDL (“bad” cholesterol), total cholesterol, or triglycerides between your before and after tests. If none of those moved in the right direction, you qualify.
- What you send us: Your order number plus your before and after lipid profile results (a photo or PDF is fine — feel free to black out anything personal except the cholesterol values and test dates).
- The timing: “Before” test within 30 days before starting (or 2 weeks after). “After” test between 90 and 150 days from your start date. Claim within 30 days of your follow-up test.
- The refund: Full product purchase price of your Triple Pack, back to your original payment method. No need to return the bottles.
